Monitoring Services definition

Monitoring Services shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2(b) of this Agreement.

Monitoring Services means monitoring services with respect to the Company’s investments, including (i) negotiating servicing agreements, (ii) acting as a liaison between the servicers of the assets and the Company, (iii) review of servicers’ delinquency, foreclosure and other reports on assets, (iv) supervising claims filed under any insurance policies and (v) enforcing the obligation of any servicer to repurchase assets.

Monitoring Services means the monitoring services specified in the Customer Agreement.

Examples of Monitoring Services in a sentence

• Once installed, it is Customer’s responsibility to configure its Products in order to enable the Monitoring Services, including by creating and maintaining appropriate Trigger and Response Actions via the Hosted Software (i.e., by creating an “Alarm Address” within Customer’s account in the Hosted Software and configuring it in Customer’s discretion).

• If Customer purchases the Monitoring Services (as defined on Exhibit B, the “Monitoring Services Addendum”), the use of the Products in connection with the Monitoring Services will be subject to the terms of the Monitoring Services Addendum.

• Verkada makes no representation or warranty, whether express or implied, that the Products including the Monitoring Services will prevent any loss, damage or injury to any person or property, whether by reason of burglary, theft, hold-up, fire or any other cause, or that the Products will in all cases provide the protection for which they are installed or intended.

• Monitoring Services will be provided only if the Hardware Products have been configured to transmit Alarms by means of the foregoing.

• Verkada is authorized and permitted to subcontract the Monitoring Services, whether in whole or in part, to third parties (e.g., its authorized agents and the Call Center(s)).

More Definitions of Monitoring Services

Monitoring Services means the automated Alarm transmission functionality enabled by the Software, as more fully described in the Documentation. The Monitoring Services are deemed to be a Product under the Agreement.

Monitoring Services means the monitoring and notification services provided by ADT under any contract which give rise to the Service Charge Receivables.

Monitoring Services means Our service reporting, network monitoring and management, cloud monitoring and management, infrastructure monitoring and management, application monitoring, VoIP telephony monitoring, data monitoring and management, and any other monitoring services as applicable to the Customer and as are described and set out in the Service delivery document.

Monitoring Services means the Services pertaining to Company’s burglar, fire and/or environmental alarm and video monitoring as set forth in the Proposal.

Monitoring Services means that portion, if any, of the Services expressly described as Monitoring and/or Notification Services and relating to offsite Central Station Monitoring (“CMS”) or Buyer Support Center (“CSC”) services expressly agreed to be provided by Siemens to Buyer.
