Access Service definition

Access Service means access to a local exchange network for the purpose of enabling a provider to originate or terminate telecommunication services within the local exchange. Except for end-user common line services, access service does not include access service to a person who is not a provider.
Access Service means the access to the Facilities and/or Services that is provided by the Access Provider to the Access Seeker pursuant to an Access Request and upon terms and conditions in this RAO or the relevant Access Agreement.
Access Service means the network facilities specified in this ARD that are provided by the Access Provider to the Access Seeker pursuant to an Access Request and upon terms and conditions in the relevant Access Agreement.

Examples of Access Service in a sentence

  • In addition, unless otherwise stated herein, you will not be able to use the Cardless Funds Access Service if the Available Balance of your Account is less than the minimum amount required for disbursement, including any applicable fees.

More Definitions of Access Service

Access Service means the provision of switched or dedicated access to a local exchange network for the purpose of enabling a telecommunications provider to originate or terminate telecommunications service. “Access service” includes unbun- dled local service provided to telecommunications providers.
Access Service means a the network facilities and/or network services within the Access List provided by Packet One and which is listed in Schedule B of this ARD.
