Compliance Services definition

Compliance Services means those services identified in Section 4.5 of this Agreement, including all subsections of Section 4.5.

Compliance Services means, depending upon the regulatory requirements applicable to the Client, the provision of a Belasko Employee to act as a compliance officer (CO), money laundering compliance officer (MLCO), money laundering reporting officer (MLRO), deputy money laundering reporting officer (DMLRO) and/or nominated officer (NO) to the Client. Control means that a person possesses, directly or indirectly, the power to direct or cause that direction of the management of policies of the other person, whether through ownership of voting shares, by contract or otherwise, and “control” and “controlled” will be interpreted accordingly; Data Protection Law means the law, regulations and guidance in relation to data protection as issued and applied in the jurisdiction of Belasko from time to time.

Compliance Services means the division of The City that issues licences pursuant to this Bylaw;

Examples of Compliance Services in a sentence

• Contact Contract Compliance Services (CCS) for other eligible considerations.

• PCI Compliance Services are an assessment, as of a particular date, of whether Customer’s systems, networks, assets, and any compensating controls meet the applicable PCI standards.

• Should an SOW include payment card industry (“PCI”) compliance auditing, testing or assessment or other similar PCI compliance advisory Consulting Services (“PCI Compliance Services”), Customer understands that Secureworks' PCI Compliance Services do not constitute any guarantee or assurance that security of Customer’s systems, networks and assets cannot be breached or are not at risk.

More Definitions of Compliance Services

Compliance Services means the services provided by Choice to or on behalf of ------------------- Sunburst or any participant in any of the Plans, as provided under Section 2.5 and Exhibit F of this Agreement.
