Annual Basic Rental definition

Annual Basic Rental means an amount equal to the product of the following applicable figure multiplied by Tenant's Floor Area: Rental Years 1 - 2: $100.00 Rental Years 3 - Termination Date: $110.00
Annual Basic Rental has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 2.8(a). “Approval” has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 3.4.1.
Annual Basic Rental means the then current annual basic rental due from the Developer to the CRA.

Annual Basic Rental. Two Hundred Ten Thousand Eight Hundred Fifty and No/100 Dollars ($210,850.00) per year, payable in twelve (12) equal monthly installments of Seventeen Thousand Five Hundred Seventy and 83/100 Dollars ($17,570.83).

Annual Basic Rental shall, for each of Rental Years one through five, be an amount equal to $751,500.00 (payable in each monthly installments of $62,625.00) and for each of Rental Years six through ten, the Annual Basic Rental shall be an amount equal to $838,472.00 (payable in equal monthly installments of $69,872.66). On the first day of each Option Term and on the five year annual anniversary of the first day of each Option Term, the Annual Basic Rental shall increase by 10% over the amount of Annual Basic Rental for the immediately preceding Rental Year. If this Index shall be discontinued with no successor or comparable successor Index, the parties hereto shall attempt to agree upon a substitute formula, but if said parties are unable to agree upon a substitute formula, then the matter shall be determined by arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association then prevailing.
