Base Rent definition

Base Rent. As defined in Section 3.1.
Base Rent. $ 25,024 per month ("Base Rent"), payable on the 1st day of each month commencing on the Commencement Date (Also see Paragraph 4.) [ ] If this box is checked, this Lease provides for the Base Rent to be adjusted per Addendum ___, attached hereto.

Examples of Base Rent in a sentence

  • To determine the new Base Rent under this Lease if Landlord recaptures the Subject Space, the original Base Rent under the Lease shall be multiplied by a fraction, the numerator of which is the Rentable Square Feet of the Premises retained by Tenant after Landlord’s recapture and the denominator of which is the total Rentable Square Feet of the Premises before Landlord’s recapture.

  • Upon Confirmation of Agreement, Renter is obligated for the full Base Rent and all other sums listed in Paragraph 4.

  • During the term of this Lease, the Base Rent shall be as set forth on Exhibit C attached hereto and made a part hereof.

  • The balance of the Base Rent, Departure Clean, Occupancy Tax, and pet fees if applicable are due in accordance with Paragraph 6, when the reservation becomes non- refundable.

  • Each monthly installment of Base Rent shall be payable at the address hereinafter provided for the giving of notice to Landlord.
