Amendment Date definition

Amendment Date has the meaning set forth in the preamble.

  • Client’s continued use of the Products and Services following the Proposed Amendment Date or commencement of the next Renewal Term, as applicable, will be deemed Client’s consent thereto.

More Definitions of Amendment Date

Amendment Date means the date on which the Required Filings are filed with the Registrar in accordance with the terms of the Amendment;
