Examples of Amendment No. 8 Effective Date in a sentence
Each Revolving Credit Lender, each Amendment No. 8 Initial Term Lender and each other Lender party hereto constitute Required Lenders as of the Amendment No. 8 Effective Date pursuant to Section 13.1 of the Credit Agreement and hereby consent to the amendments to the Credit Agreement set forth in this Amendment and the Amended Credit Agreement.
The New Amendment No. 8 Initial Term Loan Commitment of each New Amendment No. 8 Initial Term Lender shall terminate immediately and without any further action upon the making of its Amendment No. 8 Initial Term Loan on the Amendment No. 8 Effective Date.
The Credit Parties have requested, and the Lenders party hereto have agreed, that the Credit Agreement be, effective from and after the Amendment No. 8 Effective Date, amended as set forth herein.
After the Amendment No. 8 Effective Date, Revolving Credit Loans available under the Revolving Credit Facility will be used for working capital requirements and other general corporate purposes of the Borrower or its Subsidiaries, including the financing of acquisitions permitted hereunder, other investments and dividends and other distributions permitted hereunder on account of the Capital Stock of the Borrower.
As of the Amendment No. 8 Effective Date, the Revolving Credit Lenders and the Revolving Credit Commitments shall be as set forth on Schedule 1.1(a) of the Amended Credit Agreement.
