Xxxxxx and Owner have executed this Amendment No. 7 on the date set forth below their respective names and effective as of the date first written (the Amendment No. 7 Effective Date).
Use the proceeds of the Term B-6 Loans to consummate the Dyneema Acquisition in accordance with the terms of the Dyneema Acquisition Agreement within five (5) business days of the Amendment No. 7 Effective Date (or such later date as the Term B-6 Lenders may agree in their sole discretion) and to pay fees and expenses in connection therewith.
Post-Closing Settlement Option FORMCHECKBOX to have 100% of the outstanding principal amount of the Tranche B-3 Term Loans held by such Lender prepaid on the Amendment No. 7 Effective Date and purchase by assignment a like principal amount of Tranche B-4 Term Loans (or such lesser amount allocated to such Lender by the Amendment No. 7 Arrangers).

Upon the Amendment No. 7 Effective Date, the undersigned Additional Tranche B-4 Term Loan Lender shall become a Lender under the Amended Credit Agreement and shall have the respective Additional Tranche B-4 Term Loan Commitment set forth next to its name on the Allocation Schedule.
