On and after the Amendment No. 2 Effective Date, this Amendment shall constitute a “Loan Document” for all purposes of the Credit Agreement and the other Loan Documents.
As of the Amendment No. 2 Effective Date, the Existing Credit Agreement is hereby amended to amend and restate Exhibit B thereto in its entirety in the form of Exhibit B to this Amendment No. 2.
