Examples of Aggregate Data in a sentence
Customer shall comply with all requirements under the DPAs to permit the lawful transfer by Customer of any such PII to Provider and Provider’s affiliates, including such affiliates located outside of the EEA, for purposes of Provider or such affiliates’ creation of the Aggregate Data.
All Aggregate Data collected, used and disclosed will be in aggregate form only and will not identify Customer, its Authorized Users or any third parties utilizing the Subscription Services.
Customer agrees that Accela may collect, use and disclose Aggregate Data derived from the use of the Subscription Services for industry analysis, benchmarking, analytics, marketing and other business purposes.
Any and all information and data provided by the Customer to Mercatus and/or uploaded by the Customer to the Platform will be considered Customer’s Confidential Information and any information relating to the Platform and Services and the Aggregate Data shall be considered Mercatus Confidential Information, unless it falls within the exceptions in the next sentence.
Pantheon may create, generate, and use Aggregate Data for any lawful purpose.
