Company Data definition

Company Data means (i) data and information regarding each Fund and the shareholders and shareholder accounts of each Fund which is inputted into the Licensed System and the content of records, files and reports generated from such data and information by the Licensed System, and (ii) Company 22c-2 Data (as defined in Section 6.15(a) of this Schedule C).
Company Data means all data and information Processed by or for the Company.
Company Data means all data contained in the Company IT Systems or the Acquired Companies’ databases (including all Company User Data and Personal Data) and all other information and data compilations used by, or necessary to the business of, the Acquired Companies;

More Definitions of Company Data

Company Data has the meaning set forth in Section 3.12(n).
Company Data means all data and information, including Personal Information, whether in electronic or any other form or medium, that is accessed, collected, used, processed, stored, shared, distributed, transferred, disclosed, destroyed, or disposed of or otherwise held by or on behalf of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.
Company Data means all data (including Personal Data) collected, generated, received or stored in connection with the marketing, delivery or use of any Company Product.

Company Data means all data, information, images, and other content provided to PickNik or its contractors by or for Company in connection with Company’s use of the Software (as defined below), and all data, information, images, and other content received by or for Company from Company’s use of the Software.
Company Data means all data or information provided by or on behalf of Company, including but not limited to, customer personally identifiable information; energy usage data relating to, of, or concerning, provided by or on behalf of any customers; all data or information input, information systems and technology, software, methods, forms,manual’s, and designs, transferred, uploaded, migrated, or otherwise sent by or on behalf ofCompany to Implementer as Company may approve of in advance and in writing (in each instance); account numbers, forecasts, and other similar information disclosed to or otherwise made available to Implementer. Company Data shall also include all data and materials provided by or made available to Implementer by Company’s licensors, including but not limited to, any and all survey responses, feedback, and reports subject to any limitations or restrictions set forth in the agreements between Company and their licensors. Prior to Implementer receiving any Company Data, Implementer shall comply, and at all times thereafter continue to comply, in compliance with Company’s Data security policies set forth on Exhibit (“Security Measures”) and pursuant to Company’s Confidentiality provisions in Section [_].
