Actual Date of Delivery means the date or dates on which the Purchaser accepts Delivery of the Goods in terms of the Contract.

Actual Date of Delivery means the date(s) the Wireless Fixed Access, Documentation and/or Spare Parts are actually delivered to Xxxx xx. 0, Xxxxxxx and delivered to the authorised representative of the Purchaser against signature. Related to Actual Date of Delivery

  • Date of Delivery means the date stipulated in the contract for the delivery of the goods.
