Lodgement of Assessment Instrument All assessment instruments under the conditions of this Appendix, including the appropriate percentage of the relevant salary rate to be paid to the employee, shall be lodged by the employer with the Registrar of the Fair Work Commission. All assessment instruments shall be agreed to and signed by the parties to the assessment.
