Level 1 definition

Level 1 means a charging system that provides charging through a one-hundred- twenty volt AC plug with a cord connector that meets the SAE international J1772 standard or a successor standard.

More Definitions of Level 1

Level 1 means that, as of any date of determination, the Long-Term Debt carries either of the following ratings: “A+” or higher from S&P “A1” or higher from Moody’s.
Level 1. If a grievant is not satisfied with the resolution proposed at the informal level, the grievant may, within five (5) days of such receipt of such answer, file a formal written grievance with the next highest level in the chain of command on a County Grievance Form containing a statement describing the grievance, the section of this Agreement allegedly violated, and remedy requested.
