Vehicle Control. Any Contractor personnel entering upon the Facility shall remove the ignition keys of their vehicle and lock the vehicle when they leave it for any reason. Contractors shall ensure that all equipment in, on or around the vehicles is secured and inaccessible to anyone else while in the Facility.

Vehicle Control. For the safety of the occupants and guests, in the Community, Lessor has designated and posted certain speed limits; Lessees agree to abide by such and to cooperate in the enforcement of such speed limits. The streets and lanes are private and not public thoroughfares. Lessees may park passenger cars only on the Premises’ driveway or other designated areas. Neither Lessees nor guests or invitees shall park any vehicle on another resident’s space or vacant space without the express permission of the resident or Lessor, whichever is applicable. Visitors shall park in the designated guest or visitor parking areas or in their host’s drive if space is available. All trailers, boats, recreational vehicles or other vehicles not used for daily transportation shall only be parked in the Community as may expressly be designated by Lessor. All vehicles must meet statutory requirements for inspection, safety, etc. in order to be operated in the Community. No junked, unusable or unsightly vehicles will be allowed in the Community. All Vehicles in the Community must be properly licensed and registered. Lessor, may at its sole discretion, for the welfare or the occupants of the Community restrict the delivery of certain products and services to approved, designated suppliers or restrict the times of delivery of products and services. The operation of motorcycles, motor scooters, mini bikes and other two or three wheeled motorized vehicles must be first approved in writing by Lessor. Community roads are for passenger vehicles only. Heavy equipment and trucks are not allowed on community roads.

Speed Limit: For the safety and well being of the Residents, the speed limit shall be 15 miles per hour unless otherwise posted in Oakbrook and all Residents must cooperate in its enforcement. Anyone driving faster than the posted speed limits will be given a notice each time they are observed driving faster than the posted speed limits in Oakbrook. WITH THE THIRD NOTICE, THE SPEEDER MAY BE EVICTED FROM OAKBROOK.
Vehicle Control. The Aerodrome Operator agrees to provide Airservices with any relevant airside vehicle control procedures and to consult with Airservices whenever changes to airside vehicle control procedures are required particularly where they affect vehicle operations on the manoeuvring areas of the airport. Airservices agrees to comply with such provisions advised or notified by the Aerodrome Operator. Vehicles are to be marked with Airservices Identification signs and provided with portable rotating beacons. Airservices employees driving approved vehicles airside must be in possession of a valid Aerodrome specific airside Drivers authority. Where access to non operational areas is required the relevant Aerodrome Operator must be contacted prior to driving airside as an escort may be required. General Arrangements The following general arrangements are understood between the parties:  Wearing high visibility reflective vests are required when airside  Smoking is prohibited airside  Wearing seatbelts is mandatory when driving airside  Hearing protections must be available  Wearing enclosed footwear is required. The parties agree to comply with Drug and Alcohol Management Plans and Testing provisions in accordance with CASA regulations. The parties agree that for airside works and projects Airservices will comply with the requirements of the Airport (building control) regulations and approval processes. Site Specific Arrangements and procedures Any site specific arrangements for a particular Aerodrome or any specific requirements imposed on Airservices from the Aerodrome Operator will be advised to Airservices on an as needs basis. The parties agree to advise the other and act in good faith to advise of any specific procedures and instructions relevant to a particular Aerodrome (for example low visibility operations). These site specific details will be kept in a Site Manifest regularly updated by Airservices. A Correction Officer shall remain with the contractors’ vehicle(s) while inside the compound. Vendors shall insure that equipment on trucks are secured while in the compound. STATE OF CONNECTICUT DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTION SECURITY REGULATIONS (Page 2 of 2) Contraband Clothing or contraband shall not be brought into or onto the Correction facility's grounds or left in a vehicle. Contraband is defined in subsequent paragraphs and all persons are subject to these Department of Correction Facility Rules and Regulations concerning contraband when on the Correction facility's grounds. The introduction or attempt to introduce into or upon the grounds of the Correction facility or the taking or attempt to take or send therefrom anything whatsoever without the knowledge of the Facility supervisor is prohibited. Contraband may be defined as any article, whatsoever which is unauthorized under the circumstances and may include letters, stamps, tools, weapons, papers, floor implements, writing materials, messages (written and verbal) instruments and the like. No more than two vehicles per Lot, including automobiles, trucks, motorcycles, boats, trailers, etc. are allowed and only to extent they both fit on the driveway. No parking is allowed in the street, on the grass, or on the patio. Violations of these regulations are subject to a Park citation. Neither Lessee, guests, nor invitee shall park any vehicle on another tenant’s Lot or vacant Lot without the express permission of the tenant or Lessor, whichever is applicable. Visitors shall park in the host’s driveway, if space is available, or in parking area near the office. All trailers, boats, recreational vehicles, or other vehicles not used for daily transportation, shall be parked in the Park only as may be designated by the Lessor. All vehicles must be statutory requirements for inspection, safety, etc. in order to be in the Park. No junked, unusable, or unsightly vehicle will be allowed in the Park. Xxxxxx must first approve the operation of motorcycles, motor scooters, minibikes, and other two, three, or four wheeled vehicles, in writing. No commercial vehicles are allowed in the Park.
Vehicle Control. In general, parking of vehicles on the work site shall not be permitted, except for tractors, cranes, and similar equipment used directly in performance of work, for delivery of materials/supplies, and for removal of waste and surplus material. The Government may designate an approved contractor employee parking area. Upon entering the work site, vehicles and drivers may be subject to search and inspection. The Contractor shall obtain authorization from the COR to park the Contractor’s official vehicles and motorized vehicular construction equipment that are required/desired to be parked on the work site. Vehicles in violation may be towed off the work site at the Contractor’s expense. Where Government- designated employee parking is not available, parking of construction employees’ automobiles and similar transportation vehicles may be excluded from the work site. It is the Contractor’s responsibility to arrange for suitable accommodation for these vehicles.
