Passenger Vehicles definition

Passenger Vehicles. (i) 1.1. Category M Motor vehicles designed and constructed primarily for the carriage of persons and their luggage, as defined pursuant to EU Directive 2007/46/EC.

Passenger Vehicles means passenger vehicles, including electric powered cars and vehicles, mini vans, sports utility vehicles, motorcycles, motor scooters, bicycles, vans, light trucks, and pickup trucks, but, excluding buses, trucks with a load capacity of one (1) ton or more not included within the “car” or “passenger vehicle” classification by the Georgia Department of Motor Vehicles, full size vans, motor homes, campers, trailers, boats, golf carts, and motorized go carts.

Passenger Vehicles means a Motor Vehicle constructed solely for the carriage of passengers and their effects and adapted to carry not more than twelve passengers exclusive of the Driver, and not drawing a trailer

More Definitions of Passenger Vehicles

Passenger Vehicles means passenger vehicles (including pick-up trucks and vans) having dimensions no larger than the following: 7 feet 6 inches wide, 18 feet long, and 6 feet 5 inches tall; and weighing no more than 3,800 pounds.

Passenger Vehicles means all automobiles used and designed for the transportation of passengers other than omnibuses and school buses[, irrespective of whether the vehicle has commercial or noncommercial registration license plates].
