USE OF MATERIAL. The State, and federal awarding agency, if applicable, retains a royalty-free, nonexclusive and irrevocable right to reproduce, publish, and use in whole or in part, and authorize others to do so, any copyrightable material or research data submitted under this grant whether or not the material is copyrighted by the Grantee or another person. The Grantee will only submit materials that the State can use in accordance with this paragraph.
