Common use of USE OF MATERIAL Clause in Contracts

USE OF MATERIAL. a) The Client authorizes the Provider to use its name, logo, and/or trademark without notice or explicitly signed consent, in connection with creation of promotional material, to be disseminated to public, either through print or electronic media. The promotional material may include, but is not restricted to, press releases, announcements, video recordings, radio productions, periodicals, advertisements, website content etc.
