Union Rights and Union Activities. 6.01 The Union shall notify the employer in writing of the names of its representatives as follows: officers, bargaining committee members, grievance committee members, stewards or any other committee formed by the Union.
Union Rights and Union Activities. The Union shall notify the Hospital, in writing, within thirty calendar days of the election or appointment of Shop Stewards.
