Trial Usage. If a Product offering is provided for trial, demonstration, or evaluation use (“Trial”) under an Order, Customer may use the Product for the Term stated in an Order for internal demonstration, test, or evaluation purposes only. Company PROVIDES TRIALS “AS IS” AND WITHOUT WARRANTY, MAINTENANCE OR INDEMNITIES. ANY CUSTOMER DATA PROVIDED BY CUSTOMER TO COMPANY IN CONNECTION WITH A TRIAL WILL BE PERMANENTLY LOST UNLESS CUSTOMER PURCHASES A SUBSCRIPTION TO THE SAME PRODUCT AS THOSE COVERED BY THE TRIAL OR EXPORTS SUCH DATA BEFORE THE END OF THE TRIAL PERIOD. These terms supersede any conflicting terms and conditions in this Agreement. Trial versions may be suspended or terminated at any time by Company in its sole discretion with or without notice to Customer. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, Products subject to Trial license may be deployed by Customer on AWS, Microsoft Azure, or similar environments.
Trial Usage. If Customer registers for a free trial, promotional offer, or other type of limited offer for use of the DocuSign Services (“Free Trial”), Customer may be presented with additional terms and conditions when registering for a Free Trial, and any such additional terms and conditions are hereby incorporated into this Agreement by reference as a Service Schedule and are legally binding upon the Parties. ANY DATA THAT CUSTOMER ENTERS INTO THE DOCUSIGN SERVICES, AND ANY CONFIGURATIONS MADE BY OR FOR CUSTOMER, DURING THE FREE TRIAL WILL BE PERMANENTLY LOST AT THE END OF THE TRIAL PERIOD UNLESS CUSTOMER: (a) PURCHASES A SUBSCRIPTION TO THE SAME DOCUSIGN SERVICES AS THOSE COVERED BY THE TRIAL; (b) PURCHASES AN UPGRADED VERSION OF THE DOCUSIGN SERVICES; OR (c) EXPORTS SUCH DATA BEFORE THE END OF THE TRIAL PERIOD. CUSTOMER CANNOT TRANSFER DATA ENTERED OR CONFIGURATIONS MADE DURING THE FREE TRIAL TO A DOCUSIGN SERVICE THAT WOULD BE A DOWNGRADE FROM THAT COVERED BY THE TRIAL, AND IN SUCH SITUATION ANY CUSTOMER DATA OR CUSTOMIZATION WILL BE PERMANENTLY LOST. NOTWITHSTANDING ANY OTHER PROVISION OF THIS AGREEMENT, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION SECTION 8 (WARRANTIES AND DISCLAIMERS), SECTION 9 (THIRD-PARTY CLAIMS), AND SECTION 10 (LIMITATION OF LIABILITY), FREE TRIALS ARE PROVIDED “AS-IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” AND, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY LAW, (y) WITHOUT ANY REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY; AND (z) DOCUSIGN’S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO CUSTOMER’S USE OF THE FREE TRIAL IS $100.

If Wipro grants Licensee limited license rights to Use in the applicable Software on a trial, evaluation, beta or other free-of-charge basis (³(YDOXDWLRQ 66HRUIYWL), ZLFicDHenUVseHe´maDy oQnlGy use the Evaluation Software and Services on a temporary basis for the period limited by the license key or specified by Wipro in writing. If there is no period identified, such use is limited to 30 days after the Evaluation Software and Services are made available to Licensee. If Licensee fails to stop using and/or return the Evaluation Software and Services or the equipment on which it is authorized for use by the end of the trial period, Licensee may be invoiced for its list price and agree to pay such invoice. Wipro, in its discretion, may stop providing the Evaluation Software and Services at any time, at which point Licensee will no longer have access to any related data, information, and files and must immediately cease using the Software. Trial Usage. “Trial Usage” is a short-term evaluation of the Subscription Services that is (i) provided free of charge or discounted, or (ii) pursuant to an Order Form that is specifically labelled “Proof of Concept”. A Trial Usage period ends the earlier of (a) the date Customer enters into a commitment Order Form for the Subscription Services for a minimum one-year term, (b) Cerbos’s written notice, (c) expiration of the agreed subscription term of the Trial Usage. The terms of this Section 2.5 govern Trial Usage and control over any conflicting provision of this Agreement; provided however that Trial Usage will be subject to all applicable provisions of this Agreement that are not in conflict with the provisions of this Section 2.5. Trial Usage shall be limited to internal testing and evaluation purposes. Unless specifically stated otherwise in an Order Form, Trial Usage is provided: (a) “AS IS”; and (b) without indemnification, warranty, or condition of any kind. No service level commitment will apply to Trial Usage. Certain features or functionality of the Subscription Services may not be available in Trial Usage.

Trial Usage. 2.1 Registration. Customer must register online at xxxxx://xxx.xxxx000.xxxxxxxxxxx.xxx, and provide complete, accurate registration information. Harmonic shall use Customer’s information provided at registration to verify Customer’s eligibility to use the Service. Upon registration and onboarding, Harmonic may, at its sole discretion, grant Customer access and use of the Service. If, subsequently, Harmonic determines that information provided at registration is inaccurate or fraudulent, Harmonic, at its sole discretion, may terminate Customer’s access to the Service. Customer shall be responsible for Service usage under Customer’s login information.
Trial Usage. Upon completion of registration, Harmonic may, at its discretion, provide Customer with login information. Customer may use up to one (1) gigabyte of the Service per month, free of charge, for non-commercial purposes (“Trial Usage”). Customer’s use of the Service for Trial Usage is subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, including without limitation the restrictions set forth in Section 2.3 below. All rights not expressly granted to Customer are reserved by Harmonic.
Trial Usage. 1 City reserves right to use any piece of mechanical equipment, device or Material installed under this Contract, for such reasonable lengths of time and at such times as Contract Administrator may require, to make complete and thorough test of same, before final completion and acceptance of any part of Contract. It is agreed and understood, that no claim for damage will be made for any injury or breakage to any part or parts of the above due to aforementioned tests, whether caused by weakness or inaccuracy of parts, or by defective Materials or Workmanship of any kind whatsoever. Supply all labour and equipment for such tests.
