Service Usage based LightEdge will xxxx Customer for the MMCL (if applicable), plus any additional seats, and service options in use each month.
Service Usage. No more than one connection can be used at any time with a Service as paid for by Customer and assigned by PSINet. If two individuals or groups need to simultaneously access PSINet through separate phone lines, then they would have to acquire two Services, and so on. Service use is defined as a connection with a PSINet modem or access device using the public switched telephone system (e.g. POTS lines or ISDN circuits). This single phone line connection does allow for multiple individual user sessions. CUSTOMER NETWORK SECURITY. PSINet provides no user access security with respect to any of Customer's facilities or facilities of others. Customer shall be responsible for user/access security as well as access to its network or to the Network. PSINet will assist in network security breach detection or identification, but shall not be liable for any inability, failure or mistake in doing so. SERVICE ASSURANCE. If Customer notifies PSINet immediately upon its failure to access the Network through Customer's standard means, including multiple alternative dialup POPs, provided with the Service, and PSINet determines in its reasonable commercial judgment that the Network is therefore unavailable to Customer ("Unavailable"), one of the following will apply:
Service Usage based LightEdge will xxxx Customer monthly for the long distance charges used by Customer during each calendar month. International LD rates will be made available via Customer’s xxxx://xx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx portal and are subject to change at any time. Such rate changes may include but are not limited to the introduction of separate rates for different types of calls (such as calls to foreign mobile telephone numbers or international audiotext calls) and new rates for new countries. Any such rate changes will be effective on the billing period after the rate change goes into effect.
Service Usage. NEOGOV may set forth Fees for designated levels of usage and data storage (each a “Storage Quota”), beginning with the Fees payable by Customer for the levels of usage and data storage in effect as of the Effective Date. NEOGOV will use commercially reasonable efforts to notify Customer in writing if Customer has reached 80 percent of its then current Storage Quota and Customer may increase its Storage Quota and corresponding Fee obligations in accordance with NEOGOV’s then current usage price tiers. Customer acknowledges that exceeding its then-current Service Allocation may result in service degradation for Customer and other NEOGOV customers and agrees that (i) NEOGOV has no obligation to permit Customer to exceed its then-current Storage Quota and (ii) Customer is not entitled to any Service Level Credit for periods during which Customer exceeds its then-current Storage Quota, regardless of whether the Services fail to meet any availability requirement during such period.
Service Usage. The Service is a wireless data service that allows you to connect to the Internet. You must have a Comcast approved wireless-enabled device to connect to the Service. You can view the list of Comcast approved devices at xxxx://xxxxxxxx.xxxxxxx.xxx/2go. We will assign you an IP address each time you access the Service. You shall not program any other IP address, Media Access Control ID (“MAC ID”) or Electronic Serial Number (“ESN”)/Mobile Equipment ID (“MEID”) into your device that accesses the Service, or otherwise use software or applications that mask or spoof your IP address, MAC ID or ESN/MEID. You agree and represent that you will not resell or permit another to resell the Service in whole or in part. You will not use or permit another to use the Service or any equipment connected to the Service, directly or indirectly, for any unlawful purpose, including, but not limited to, in violation of any posted Comcast policy applicable to the Service. Use of the Service or any equipment connected to the Service for transmission, communication or storage of any information, data or material in violation of any applicable regulation or law is prohibited. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of the Service or any other security breach. You acknowledge that you are accepting this Agreement on behalf of all persons who use the Service through your account and/or any equipment attached to the Service and that you shall have sole responsibility for ensuring that all other users understand and comply with the terms and conditions of this Agreement and any applicable Comcast policies including, but not limited to, acceptable use and privacy policies. You further acknowledge and agree that you shall be solely responsible for any transactions, including, without limitation, purchases made through or in connection with the Service. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Comcast and its affiliates, suppliers, and agents against all claims and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of the use of the Service, any equipment attached to the Service, or the breach of this Agreement or any of the applicable Comcast policies by you or any other user.
Service Usage. Service Usage is the accumulated chargeable usage of Hosting and of Service Support in a given period.
Service Usage. You are responsible for all usage and associated fees for the Service you have ordered, whether or not you have authorized such usage. The Service is provided only for your use, and you may not resell, assign, or transfer your rights associated with the Service without prior written consent from the Company; however, the Service may be used for the transmission of communications by you or someone that you authorize to use it.

Service Usage. SP will provide ATS with reports, bi-weekly, available online, in an extensible format, reporting the vendor, the customer area code and exchange, the amount that the customer charged during that period and the total amount charged by that user in a month to date and year to date report. Charges will be broken down to show what charges are related to the basic service plan and which charges are related to additional services.
