For Convenience by District District may, at any time, with or without reason, terminate this Agreement and compensate Consultant only for services satisfactorily rendered to the date of termination. Written notice by District shall be sufficient to stop further performance of services by Consultant. Notice shall be deemed given when received by the Consultant or no later than three days after the day of mailing, whichever is sooner.

Code of Basic Working Conditions and Human Rights Xxxxx is committed to providing a safe and secure working environment and the protection and advancement of basic human rights in its worldwide operations. In furtherance of this commitment, Xxxxx has adopted a Code of Basic Working Conditions and Human Rights setting out in detail the measures it takes to ensure this commitment is fulfilled. The City of Milwaukee, by its Milwaukee Board of School Directors, shall pay the Contractor for the full and complete performance of the work, the sum of Three Hundred Sixty Five Thousand Five Hundred Dollars and 00/100 ($365,500.00) as provided in the General Conditions of the Contract.
Regulation of School District Expenses The Board regulates the reimbursement of all travel, meal, and lodging expenses in the District by resolution. No later than approval of the annual budget and when necessary, the Superintendent will recommend a maximum allowable reimbursement amount for expenses to be included in the resolution. The recommended amount should be based upon the District's budget and other financial considerations.
District The public agency or the school district for which the Work is performed. The governing board of the District or its designees will act for the District in all matters pertaining to the Contract. The District may, at any time:
