Regulation of School District Expenses. The Board regulates the reimbursement of all travel, meal, and lodging expenses in the District by resolution. No later than approval of the annual budget and when necessary, the Superintendent will recommend a maximum allowable reimbursement amount for expenses to be included in the resolution. The recommended amount should be based upon the District's budget and other financial considerations.

  • School District For purposes of administering this Agreement, the term "School District" shall mean the School Board or its designated representative.

  • Sales and Use Taxes Professional Business Manager and the Practice acknowledge and agree that to the extent that any of the services to be provided by Professional Business Manager hereunder may be subject to any state sales and use taxes, Professional Business Manager may have a legal obligation to collect such taxes from the Practice and to remit the same to the appropriate tax collection authorities.   • Federal, State and Local Taxes Unless otherwise specified, the proposal price shall include all applicable federal, state and local taxes. Contractor shall pay all taxes lawfully imposed on it with respect to any product or service delivered in accordance with this Agreement. City is exempt from state sales or use taxes and federal excise taxes for direct purchases. These taxes shall not be included in the Agreement. Upon request, City shall provide to the Contractor a certificate of tax exemption. City makes no representation as to the exemption from liability of any tax imposed by any governmental entity on the Contractor.
