Telephone Recording. Each party consents to the recording of the telephone conversations of trading and marketing personnel in connection with this Agreement or any potential Transaction and consents to such recording being used as evidence in court proceedings.

Telephone Recording. For service quality assurance and regulatory reasons, the Company and its subcontractors may record telephone calls made from and to its offices. You hereby agree that telephone calls made either by you or the Company may be recorded.

Telephone Recording. You understand and agree that for our mutual protection, we may electronically record any of your telephone conversations conducted with Seller or Seller's assigns, including Preferred Credit, Inc. (PCI), without further notice to the parties to such conversations. These telephone conversations include all conversations between you and Seller or Seller's assigns communicated via traditional telephone wire and wireless devices such as cordless and cellular phones. You acknowledge and consent to the retention of and use of such recordings by Seller or Seller 's assigns, their employees, representatives and agents of all information and data obtained in any recorded conversation for purposes of settling disputes as well as for ongoing quality assurance programs.
Telephone Recording. Where telephone conversations are recorded, we will inform you of this at the beginning of the call together with our reasons for doing so and any objections should be raised immediately. Telephone recordings will be stored securely for no longer than necessary and you have the right to request a copy where this is still available. The call recordings will only be passed to third parties where we have a legal right or legal obligation to do so. Payment card data is protected in accordance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) and our system prevents us from recording Sensitive Authentication Data (SAD) or where this is not possible, is immediately deleted after card authorisation.
