Telephone Recording. We may use voice record orders, instructions or conversations we receive by telephone. Our voice records shall be prima facie evidence of the order, instructions or conversations recorded, and you agree that such records shall be admissible as such evidence in any Proceedings (as defined in Clause 43.2).
