TEACHER BOARD RELATIONS COMMITTEE. Teacher Board Relations Committee shall be established comprising the President and three (3) other members of the Union and four (4) members of administration. The first committee meeting will be held by September 30. The function of this Committee shall be to provide a forum for communications and discussion of matters relating to the status and working conditions of teachers that is not a matter currently under the grievance/arbitration procedures. Meetings shall be convened on 48 hours written notice by either party, such notice to be accompanied by a written agenda. The Chairing will alternate between the Union and the Board. The Committee may make recommendations to the Board and the Union for consideration. Any occasional teacher cost referable to the deliberations of the committee will be borne by the Board.

The Committee shall meet once a term or as needed. The Committee shall have no power to effect changes in the existing Collective Agreement unless otherwise approved by the Board and the Federation.

ARTICLE PERSONNEL FILES Following the written request of a teacher for an appointment, the Board shall make available for review, during normal business hours, all information in files.
