REPRESENTATIVES OF THE BOARD. Concessionaire agrees that the Board through its Chief Executive Officer, may designate certain of its employees to act in its behalf as its representative. The designation will specify the matter or area in which the representative may act, and any action taken by the representative shall be deemed as the action of the Board.
REPRESENTATIVES OF THE BOARD and the OCESPA may meet during the regular year at a time 77 convenient to both parties for the purpose of reviewing the administration of this agreement 78 and to resolve problems that may arise. These meetings are not intended for the purpose of 79 negotiations or to bypass the grievance procedure. 80

Designation and changes related to the designation shall be provided in writing and forwarded to Concessionaire in accordance with the "Notices" section hereof. If any dispute arises between Concessionaire and the representative which is not satisfactorily and timely resolved, the matter shall be presented to the Board for final resolution.
REPRESENTATIVES OF THE BOARD and Federation will meet to discuss a protocol regarding the rating scale for Teachers on the summative performance appraisal report form for implementation in the 2003 - 2004 school year.
