Other Employment Conditions Employees covered will be entitled to the same terms and conditions of employment as all other workers covered by this Agreement paid on a pro rata basis.

Supported Salary Rates. 4.35 Employees with a disability may, subject to the Secretary’s approval, be eligible for a supported salary in accordance with the FaHCSIA Salaries and Allowances Guide as varied from time to time. Eligible employees will be paid 10% of the applicable salary for each 10% of assessed capacity to perform the relevant duties, rounded to the nearest 10% and the minimum payment will be $69 per week at the commencement of this Agreement. The amount of this payment will be adjusted in line with Supported Wage System minimum payment decisions. In the event that this information ceases to be available, alternative arrangements to update the payment will be approved and implemented by the Secretary following discussion between XxXXXXX and its employees and, where they choose, their representatives.
