STRIKE OR LOCKOUT. 9.01 The University agrees that there will be no lockout of employees and the Union agrees that there will be no strike, during the term of this agreement. The words “strike” and “lockout” shall bear the meaning given them in the Ontario Labour Relations Act.
STRIKE OR LOCKOUT. L34.01 The Employer agrees that there shall be no lockout of Teachers and the Union agrees that there shall be no strike during the term of this agreement. Lockout and strike shall be as defined in the Labour Relations Act.
STRIKE OR LOCKOUT. 6.01 There shall be no strike or lockout during the term of this Agreement or of any renewal of this agreement. The terms "strike" and "lockout" shall be as defined in the Ontario Labour Relations Act.
STRIKE OR LOCKOUT. The Union will not call or sanction any strike, sympathy strike, slowdown, or other concerted stoppage of work during the period of this Agreement. The Company agrees that there will not be a lockout of employees. Should a strike, sympathy strike, slowdown, or other concerted stoppage of work occur not called or sanctioned directly or indirectly by the Union, the Union acting through all of its officials identified in Section 14 of Article 8, upon request of the Company shall:
STRIKE OR LOCKOUT. 6.01 The Gallery agrees that there will be no lockout of employees and the Union agrees that there will be no strike, picketing or other interference with the operation of the Gallery. The words strike and lockout shall bear the meaning given them in the Ontario Labour Relations Act.

STRIKE OR LOCKOUT. (a) Refusal of an employee covered by the terms of this Agreement to pass tnrough any picket line which has been sanctioned by the Central Labor Council of proper jurisdiction shall not constitute a violation of this Agree ment.
STRIKE OR LOCKOUT a) In view of the orderly procedure established by this agreement for the settling of disputes and the handling of grievances, the Association and members of the Bargaining Unit agree that during the lifetime of this agreement or any agreed upon extension thereof, there will be no strike, slowdown or stoppage of work either complete or partial, and the Board agrees that there will be no lockout.
STRIKE OR LOCKOUT. During a strike or lockout, coverage under all of the plans in which the participant was enrolled before the start of her temporary absence is maintained. The participant continues to be covered, as do any dependents. The employer and the participant continue to pay their respective premiums.
