Individual User definition

Individual User means a Member of Lloyd’s registered to use the Software;

Individual User means the person who is the subject of PHI or PII.

Individual User means a person receiving groundwater from a municipal provider for non-irrigation uses to which specific conservation requirements apply, including turf-related facilities, large-scale cooling facilities and publicly owned rights-of-way.

Examples of Individual User in a sentence

• Without prejudice to any action, claim and/or proceeding MYBA may bring against any Individual User, a Subscriber shall be liable for any misconduct, acts, omissions and/or breach of these Terms & Conditions by an Individual User nominated by them as if they were the Subscriber's own misconduct, acts, omissions and/or breaches.

• Once access to the Services has been terminated, an Individual User (under the umbrella of a Subscriber) and/or Subscriber shall be required to reapply for access to the Services.

• Allowing another individual to use the Access Code is in breach of these Terms & Conditions of Use and may be sanctioned by cancelling the access of the Individual User, temporarily or permanently together with the use of any other sanctions at the discretion of MYBA.

• If a Subscriber or Individual User believes that its involvement in a dispute process is likely to or may tend to bring the Subscriber, and by extension MYBA, into disrepute, the fact and circumstances of the involvement must be disclosed and this should include details of any judgment or award made against the Subscriber which has not been honored by the Subscriber.

• This Access Code is strictly personal to that Individual User and may not be divulged to or used by, nor transferred to, anyone else.

More Definitions of Individual User

Individual User. A private individual, or a private individual operating as a registered, independent, one- person business (e.g. a freelancer that has a registered business to allow for invoicing).

Individual User any individual employed by the Licensee, a Related Company or a Third Party Sub-Licensee, and who is authorized by such Licensee, Related Company or Third Party Sub-Licensee to access and use the Information for the account or benefit of the Licensee, Related Company or Third Party Sub-Licensee (as the case may be) subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Individual User means a director, officer, employee, agent or other representative of, as the context requires: (i) the Data Recipient, and/or (ii) a Data Client of the Data Recipient who, in each case, only receives displayed Data from the Data Recipient in circumstances where Data Recipient can substantially control Data for the purpose of reporting usage or qualification. An Individual User does not redistribute Data.

Individual User means any individual person (other than an Administrator) subscribing to Online Services for use by a member or members of the subscriber’s organization, and if such Online Services require payment of a fee, providing a payment method for which Individual User is personally responsible.

Individual User means an agent, officer, employee or representative of PARTICIPANT that has been granted access to the System as set forth in this MOU.

Individual User. A natural person, or a natural person operating as a registered, independent, one-person business or entity, with no employees or business partners (e.g., an independent professional, or freelancer, that has a registered business for invoicing purposes).
