Basic Services definition

Basic Services means housekeeping services, meals, nutritious snacks, laundry, and activities.

Basic Services means the services set forth in Exhibit A. The Consultant must perform the Basic Services to the Director’s satisfaction.

Basic Services means the Services listed under the heading “Basic Services” within Schedule A and the services set forth in this Agreement, excluding the schedules and appendices hereto.

• In addition to those items specifically identified above as a Reimbursable Expense, permit fees and associated costs, certain other incidental direct expenses including, but not limited to, copying, telephone, data, and express mail services, and rental of special equipment or tools required in connection with provision of the Basic Services for the Project, may constitute a Reimbursable Expense; provided however, A/E must obtain the written approval of TFC prior to incurring the expense.

• The Company shall pay the full cost of premiums to provide the following dental coverage, or shall insure (self-insure) or co-insure so as to provide the following dental coverage: Basic Services: No deductible, reimbursement at 100% of insured charges Major restorative: No deductible, reimbursement at 50% of insured charges NOTE: Basic Services and Major Restorative coverage is limited to a combined maximum benefit of $2500 per person per calendar year.

More Definitions of Basic Services

Basic Services means those services designated as such in a Work Order.

Basic Services means all responsibilities assigned to the Design Professional in this Agreement, except those specifically designated "Extra Services and Special Cases" in Article 6. The Basic Services include those services which are necessary or appropriate to fully design all aspects of the Project. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, as part of the Design Professional's Basic Services, the Design Professional will complete on a timely basis the requirements of §3.2 through §3.6, including associated civil engineering, structural engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, and all architectural design, security, energy management, vertical transportation, interior design, landscape design, movable equipment planning, building storage, and any other design and engineering services necessary to produce a set of Construction Documents that are complete, consistent, accurate, adequate and buildable.

Basic Services means the lowest tier of cable television programming sold to subscribers of the System for which a subscriber served by the System pays a fixed monthly fee to Seller, excluding Expanded Basic Services, Pay TV and any charges for additional outlets and installation fees and revenues derived from the rental of converters, remote control devices and other like charges for equipment.

Basic Services are any Basic Flat Fee Services, any Basic Unit Price Services, and any Basic T&M Services and all other obligations of the Contractor under this Agreement, except for the obligation to provide Additional Services. Details of a Basic Service not explicitly stated in this Agreement, but necessarily attendant to services so stated, are acknowledged by the Contractor to be included as a part of the Basic Services.

Basic Services is defined in Section III.B.1. “Basic Flat Fee Services” are any Services so designated on Schedule A. “Basic T&M Services” are any Services so designated on Schedule A that are requested by the University in writing.

Basic Services means the services which the Consultant is required to perform as identified under Schedule A of this Agreement.
