Service Level Agreements. Service Level Agreements are developed separately as required between ZGL and the Registered Supplier. NOTE: Section g excludes payments under the Generic Service Level Agreement, which is covered in section 8.2f (vi) and any Service Level Agreement relating to Class 2 or Non Standard Supply fruit covered in sections 8.2 j and k respectively. ZGL Payment ZGL will make payment for Service Level Agreements in accordance with the terms of clause C6.4 of the Pricing and Payment Manual.
