Scheduled Breaks. All employees scheduled to work seven or more hours of pay shall have two fifteen minute breaks during their shift. Employees working less than seven but more than three shall have one fifteen minute break during that shift.

Scheduled Breaks. The following will apply to scheduled lunch breaks, for all full time or part time employees, as it applies to the schedules they bid and hours they work: All employees are authorized and permitted to take rest periods in accordance with California Industrial Welfare Commission Order Number 9-2001. It is the responsibility of employees to take rest periods even if it means he or she may be late on route or for the next pickup. If an employee wanted to take a rest period and could not do so, the employee must submit a written statement explaining why he or she was impeded from taking a rest period to his or her General Manager within two (2) working days after the missed rest period occurred. Unless the Company is notified of missed rest periods in the manner and time period set forth herein, the Company will conclude, as permitted, that all employees were permitted to take rest periods. Scheduled Breaks. Each school may implement scheduled breaks not to exceed ten (10) consecutive minutes in length to allow re- moval of face coverings when social distancing requirements can be consistently maintained. The ideal situation for a break is when people are stationary, consistently six or more feet apart, and refraining from extended con- versations.
Scheduled Breaks. Employees shall be entitled to one fifteen (15) minute break in the first five (5) hours of their shift. If their shift exceeds six (6) hours, they shall be entitled to one (1) additional paid fifteen (15) minute break. Scheduling of breaks, regardless of length, must be approved by a supervisor. If an employee is requested by a manager to work or be available for work during a meal break, the meal break must be paid time.
Scheduled Breaks. All employees shall be entitled to a duty free lunch that is one (1) hour in length. It is recognized that there may be circumstances in which the period of the duty free lunch may be broken into two segments. In each instance the superintendent or his/her designee shall establish the stop and start times and the lunch hours with input from the employee. In each category, employee may be assigned to other duties within the bargaining unit on a temporary basis. In the event the period of reassignment shall exceed five (5) consecutive workdays, there will be appropriate notice to the Association. These requirements are for full-time employees. Nothing shall preclude the Board from establishing part-time positions. The Board shall have the right to establish the start and stop times for each position and the lunch hours.

Scheduled Breaks. For each scheduled break in excess of five (5) hours between segments in a Trip Pairing, or between Trip Pairings in a single Duty Period, the Company shall provide single occupancy hotel accommodations, as provided for in subsection 6.A.1., above.   • Scheduled Outages (a) Commencing at least sixty (60) days before Initial Synchronization and throughout the Delivery Term, Seller shall, no later than January 1, April 1, July 1 and October 1 of each year, submit to SCE, using the Web Client, Seller’s schedule of proposed planned outages (“Outage Schedule”) for the subsequent twenty-four month period.

  • Scheduled Downtime For the purposes of this Agreement, Scheduled Downtime will mean those hours, as determined by us but which will not occur between the hours of 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM Pacific Time, Monday through Friday without your authorization or unless exigent circumstances exist, during which time we will perform scheduled maintenance or adjustments to the Environment. We will use our best efforts to provide you with at least twenty-four (24) hours of notice prior to scheduling Scheduled Downtime.

  • Lunch Breaks The lunch break will consist of a one-half hour (or one hour where scheduled) unpaid break taken mid-way during regular work day. In the event that an employee is required to work during his regular lunch period he shall be allowed a one-half hour lunch period between the hours of ll:30 a.m. and l:00 p.m., otherwise he shall be paid double time for working through said lunch period.

Subject to agreement between the employer and the employee, the two ten-minute tea breaks may alternatively be taken as one 20-minute tea break, or by one ten-minute tea break with the employee allowed to proceed off duty ten minutes before the completion of the normal shift finishing time. Such tea break(s) shall count as working time.

  • Grades of Service The Parties shall initially engineer and shall monitor and augment all trunk groups consistent with the Joint Process as set forth in Section 14.1 of this Attachment.
