Start and Stop Times. The regular workday shall begin no earlier than 7:00 a.m. and end no later than 4:30p.m. Start and stop times can be adjusted within that time frame with approval of the Director, Principal or designee. This limitation on start and stop times will not apply to the maintenance/custodial staff. There may be occasions when staff meetings or IEP meetings may extend beyond the normal workday. Every effort will be made to keep these occasions to a minimum.
Start and Stop Times. If an employee is working on the second or third shift and is unable to start the shift on time and/or to complete the shift, then the hourly rate for such an employee shall be computed by dividing the employee's total pay for a regular full shift by the applicable total number of hours he would be required to work to qualify for a full second or third shift.
