Retiree Benefit Plan. The Corporation will make available an alternate benefit plan as sponsored by the current benefit carrier to include extended health, dental and life insurance coverage for any employee who meets the criteria for eligibility as outlined in the alternate benefit plan. The employee will be responsible for 100% of the benefit premiums.
