Employee and Family Assistance Program. (a) A province-wide Employee and Family Assistance Program for employees and members of their immediate family, with whom the employee normally resides, shall be provided.

Employee and Family Assistance Program. The parties endorse the concept of an Employee/Family Assistance Program, and acknowledge that if a program is to be implemented or altered there shall be joint consultation and agreement between the Employer and the Union. The program shall be voluntary and confidential, shall not be used as a disciplinary process and shall be provided at a location away from the worksite.
