Residence Halls. If the Premises are located within a Residence Hall or suite-style building, the Residence Fees shall be due and payable to the Cashier's Office prior to the Fall and Spring semesters with the Resident's confirmation of enrollment for the Fall and Spring semesters, or at such other time as may be designated by the University Cashier's Office or the Housing Services Office.

Residence Halls. If the Premises are located in a Residence Hall (which for purposes of this Contract will be deemed to include all suite- style buildings) the Term of this Contract shall run from August 16, 2023 until the close of the academic year, May 8, 2024. The residence hall shall be closed during the Winter Break period between semesters (i.e., December 13, 2023 through January 4, 2024), and the Resident shall not be entitled to occupy or access the Premises during such period. Residence Fees paid by the Resident are not applicable to such period. The Resident shall not be permitted in the Premises or the Residence Hall after 5:00 p.m. on December 13, 2023. The Resident shall not be required to remove personal belongings or return keys to the Premises during such period.
Residence Halls. University Residence Halls include Chaffee, Driscoll, Keiser, Morrison, and Xxxxxx residence halls, Towers hall, University Square (Jade, Jasper, Garnet, and Topaz), University Suites (Clearwater, Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxx), Lincoln Townhomes (Aspen, Cedar, Hawthorne, Juniper, Spruce, Tamarack), the Honors College and Sawtooth Hall. For Residence Halls, this Agreement is in effect from the date the University receives your signed Agreement, non-refundable processing fee, and housing down-payment (the “Effective Date”) until the Move-out day designated by the University for the applicable Academic Year unless sooner terminated in accordance with the Agreement (“Residence Hall License Term”). Resident may occupy space designated by the University starting on the Move-in day designated by the University for the applicable Academic Year. In the event an Agreement is entered into after the Move-in date designated by the University, the term will commence on the Move-in date scheduled by the University. University Apartments. University Apartments include University Heights, University Manor, University Park or University Village. There is currently a waitlist for occupancy in the University Apartments. Once space is available, Resident will be contacted regarding available space in a University Apartment. For University Apartments, this Agreement is in effect from the date the University receives your signed Agreement, including the Apartment Addendum required by the University (the “Apartment Addendum”), and non-refundable processing fee, or the date you occupy the Unit or continue to occupy the Unit following expiration of an existing License Agreement, whichever is sooner, until the Move-Out day designated by the University for the applicable Academic Year unless sooner terminated in accordance with the Agreement (the “Apartment License Term”). In addition to the non-refundable processing fee required to submit this Agreement, University Apartment residents are required to provide a security deposit of $250, as further described in the Apartment Addendum. The Apartment Addendum is incorporated herein by this reference and fully enforceable upon execution as part of this Agreement. The University shall assign each Resident’s housing, in its discretion, based on numerous factors, including but not limited to availability, the date application and fees are received, and Resident’s participation in specific residential programs. Residence Halls. I/we understand that the residence halls that the Participant will be living in are secure, nonpublic forums and access to these facilities is limited only to approved staff and guests (i.e. others living and/or working in these facilities). Participants are expected to stay overnight in the accommodations arranged for them by the University. Specific room and housing assignments are made at the discretion of the Group and the University.

Residence Halls. Resident Halls are closed in Summer Semester. If your Unit is in one of the Residence Halls during the Fall and Spring Semesters, you will be reassigned for Summer Semester to a unit in one of the other buildings.
Residence Halls. Based on « 1»'s estimate of the number of Participants and Staff set forth in Exhibit A, Part II hereto, the University will make available to « 1» for its use, the residence hall space depicted in Exhibit B hereto and the housing services described therein, subject to the terms and conditions set forth therein. The University reserves the right to change the residence hall space made available to the camp/conference Participants and Staff up to one week prior to the first arrival date.

New under-graduate/graduate check-in begins Sunday, August 31, 2014 at 9:00 AM. Returning under-graduate/Graduate check-in begins Sunday, August 31, 2014 at 1:00 PM. Law check-in for the Residence Halls begins Saturday, August 16, 2014 at 8 AM. All travel and vacation arrangements need to be made with these dates in mind. Students may not move into the residence halls early or remain late on the closing date.
