Residence Hall. All portions of a building, as well as its immediate outside surroundings, whether on or off campus, made available by the College for student living accommodations.

Residence Hall. All students living in the Residence Hall must participate in a College meal plan. Foundation students must have at least a 14-meal plan. Continuing students must have at least a 10-meal plan.
Residence Hall. The Residence Hall closes for Winter Break at 5:00 p.m. on December 17, 2023 and reopens at 1:00 p.m. on January 10, 2024. The Student shall not remain in the Room or Residence Hall at any time during Winter Break or return prior to the official reopening of the Residence Hall, without prior permission from the College. Students shall plan to take all necessities with them over the break, as they will not have any access to their room or the building over the winter break. Students needing housing over the winter break can submit a request to stay. Campus will be shut down during the winter break, so there will be limited staffing, no access to dining or mail services, and limited use of labs/shops. More information regarding winter break housing will be sent to students during the Fall 2023 semester.

  • Resident Nurse A registered nurse whose clinical experience after graduation is less than six (6) months, or a registered nurse who is returning to practice with no current clinical training or experience. A resident nurse shall be assigned under the close and direct supervision of a designated preceptor(s) and shall have limited responsibilities as defined by the supervisor. Residency shall not exceed six (6) continuous months unless extended in writing for an additional three (3) months when mutually agreed to by the Employer and individual nurse involved. A resident nurse who is required to function continuously without close and direct supervision and who is assigned the same level of responsibilities as a staff nurse shall be compensated at the staff nurse rate of pay. Nurses working under close and direct supervision shall not be assigned charge duty or as a team leader without a staff nurse being present in the unit, except in cases of emergency.

  • Residence The Purchaser’s principal place of business is the office or offices located at the address of the Purchaser set forth on the signature page hereof.

  • Residence Community Living Standards The Residence Community Living Standards (“RCLS”) forms a part of this Agreement. It details the rights, responsibilities, and privileges of Residents as well as the residence conduct process. Each Resident is responsible for reading, understanding, and adhering to the terms outlined within the RCLS. The Manager and the Institution may amend the terms of the RCLS from time to time and may post the amendments in the Residence. Failure to abide by the RCLS may result in eviction from Residence and termination of this Agreement as per the violations and sanctions outlined in the RCLS, and as stated in section 8.01(d).   • Residence Fees The Resident must pay the “Residence Fees” in accordance with the Rates and Payment Schedules detailed in Table 4 for the right to occupy a Room during the Term. Tables 2, 3 and 4 also detail additional Fees that the Resident is subject to, including the cost of Extended Terms. If a hard copy of this Agreement is required by the Manager, the Resident is required to select one of the payment schedule options, by initialing their desired option.

  • Residential Services Programs or services for a youth that is in placement, if the cost of the program or service is not included in the cost per day. If the cost of the program or service is included in the cost per day, it should be categorized as a placement cost and not as a separate residential program or service cost.
