Redevelopment Project. STEGH’s obligation to pay the Substantial Completion Payment to Project Co under this Project Agreement and in satisfaction of any trust obligation of STEGH with respect to such payments under Section 7 of the Construction Lien Act (Ontario) pursuant to Section 10 of the Construction Lien Act (Ontario).

Redevelopment Project. (a) The Consultant will provide administration of this Project Agreement as described in the Contract Documents during construction until issuance of the final certificate for payment, and subject to Section 8.1 and with XXXXX’x concurrence, from time to time until the completion of any correction of defects as provided in Article 36.
Redevelopment Project. (i) provide for the coordination and scheduling of the activities and work of STEGH’s other contractors and STEGH’s own forces with the Work to be performed under this Project Agreement;
Redevelopment Project. Shall include, but not be limited to, the “Project” as defined in the TIF Plan, which is further described in Exhibit A, attached hereto and made a part hereof and includes certain Infrastructure Improvements.
Redevelopment Project. In accordance with the Act and subject to the terms and conditions of the Plan and this Contract: the Developer is authorized by the City to construct or cause to be constructed, within the Redevelopment Area, the Phase I Redevelopment Project described in Exhibit 3 attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, in accordance with the terms of this Contract, the Plan and Land Use Approvals; the Developer Special District and/or the City are authorized to construct or cause to be constructed, within and adjacent to the Redevelopment Area, the Phase II Redevelopment Project and Special District Project described in Exhibit 3 attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, in accordance with the terms of this Contract, the Plan and MoDOT Approval.
Redevelopment Project. The Redevelopment Project will include private development and construction of related and necessary public infrastructure. The Redevelopment Project will be developed in two phases. The Phase I Redevelopment Project calls for construction and renovation of various commercial uses, including without limitation, office, general commercial, institutional and retail with estimated building area for all such uses of approximately 137,918 square feet of gross leaseable retail area, along with adequate parking, and sidewalks. The Phase II Redevelopment Project and the Special District Project calls for the construction of related necessary public improvements, such as sidewalks, roads, traffic control improvements, and utility infrastructure. The Developer will construct the Phase I Redevelopment Project and the City and/or the Developer will cause the construction of the Phase II Redevelopment Project and Special District Project subject to MoDOT approval. The total cost of the Redevelopment Project is estimated to be approximately $7,099,372 not including the Financing Costs. Included in the total cost are Phase I Reimbursable Project Costs funding center infrastructure upgrades, building rehab and associated soft costs estimated to be $1,545,636, Phase II Reimbursable Project Costs funding the costs of upgrading X.X. Xxxxxxx 00 adjacent to the Redevelopment Area estimated at $819,469, Special District Costs funding additional upgrades to X.X. Xxxxxxx 00 adjacent to the Redevelopment Area estimated at $918,862 and non-reimbursable costs making up the balance, funding new building construction, additional center infrastructure upgrades, building rehab and associated soft costs all as detailed in Exhibit 5. Redevelopment Project found by Project Co in the Contract Documents during its review. If Project Co does discover any Design Issue in the Contract Documents, Project Co shall not proceed with the Work affected until Project Co has first complied with the provisions of Section 11.18. Project Co acknowledges that it is responsible for the risks assumed by Project Co in Sections 11.17 and 11.18 and that any additional costs resulting from such risks will form part of the Project Co Design Contingency. It is intended that the review of the Contract Documents conducted by Project Co pursuant to this Section 5.2(a) be carried out by Project Co and the Project Co Parties using their own experiences and expertise in accordance with the standard of care set out in Section 11.2(a)(viii) and in accordance with the representations and warranties of Project Co set out in Section 7.1.

Any dispute between STEGH and Project Co as to any decision, determination, direction, interpretation or finding of the Consultant or any other action taken by the Consultant pursuant to or in connection with the Contract Documents shall be resolved in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 14Dispute Resolution Procedure.
