Program Milestones. Upon achievement of each milestone specified below (each a “Program Milestone”), Virpax shall, within the timescale specified, make the corresponding non-refundable payment to Nanomerics, as follows:
Program Milestones. Program milestones are: Kick-Off Meeting, System Requirements Review, Preliminary Design Review, Critical Design Review, Consent-to-Ship Review, Technical Verification Review, and Operational Acceptance. These are defined below.
Program Milestones. We will evaluate your credit score on a twelve-month review cycle, starting on the twelfth month after you opened your Account, for potential increases in your FICO score that would allow us to reduce your interest rate, or release our security interest granted under the Security Agreement. If your FICO score does not reach any of the milestones described below by the twenty-fourth month after you open your Account, we will re-start our review cycle.
