Overtime Provisions. Time and one-half an employee's straight time hourly rate of pay shall be paid for all work performed in excess of forty (40) hours in any work week. The time necessarily worked on Saturday and Sunday shall be paid at one and one-half times the employee’s straight time hourly rate. Overtime is calculated on the basis of routes actually driven.

Overtime Provisions. Time and one-half an employee's regular straight time hourly rate of pay shall be paid for all work performed in excess of forty (40) hours in any work week. The time necessarily worked on Saturday and shall be paid at straight time unless such time is in excess of 40 hours for that work week. Time worked on Sunday shall be paid at one and one-half times the employee’s straight double time. This provision shall not include regularly scheduled hours that occur on Saturday or Sunday. Holiday pay will be counted as time hourly rate. Overtime is calculated on the basis of routes actually drivenworked.
