Common use of Other Working Conditions Clause in Contracts

Other Working Conditions. 24.01 No allowance will be made for time on the time records prior to the regular starting time, without authorization by a Department Head. Unless the Department Head’s authorization is secured on each occasion, the additional time shown on the time record at the commencement of a work period will be considered as time not worked.
