Modifications to Products. 15.1 The Customer may not interfere with the Products in any way such as reverse engineering, disassembling or similar actions.
Modifications to Products. From time to time, EVOLUS may in its sole discretion modify without increase of cost to the DISTRIBUTOR the Agreement Products or the Labeling thereto as a result of changes to the Daewoong Agreement, manufacturing, sourcing or regulatory requirements or product improvements or modifications. Any such improvements or modifications shall be made in compliance with all Applicable Laws, including any notice requirements thereof. EVOLUS shall notify DISTRIBUTOR in writing not less than [***] days in advance of any such planned change.
Modifications to Products. (a) DISTRIBUTOR shall not make any changes to the Product without the prior written approval of MANUFACTURER. Any proposed changes, text in English, must be submitted to MANUFACTURER in writing with supporting drawings and technical information. No response by MANUFACTURER within thirty (30) days shall be deemed as non-approval of the proposed changes.

Subject to clause 9.2(a), where a Product is updated, modified or produced in a new version during the term of the relevant Contract Note, the Supplier must provide Aristocrat with all information and documentation (unless Aristocrat informs the Supplier in writing that such information and documentation is not required), including technical data, concepts, drawings, photographs, specifications, standards, manuals, designs, reports, formulae, software, databases and software documentation relating to the Product, necessary or desirable for the purpose of manufacturing, supporting and maintaining or instructing others to manufacture, support and maintain the Products without any need for ongoing support, assistance or advice from the Supplier.

As between RadView and ASG, but subject to RadView's exclusive ownership rights in the Products and RadView's rights under Section 10.7, all right, title and interest in and to, and ownership of, any modifications to any Products or Product materials made by ASG in accordance with this Agreement, shall remain at all times exclusively in ASG, and RadView shall not acquire any right, title, or interest therein; provided, however, that any derivative work or new product created by ASG based on the Products or the Source Materials shall not diminish or otherwise affect RadView's pre-existing rights in its Products, Source Materials or documentation; and provided further, however, that in the event either RadView or ASG independently develops derivative software or documentation similar to that developed by the other party, RadView's or ASG's development shall not be subject to any intellectual property infringement claim by the other party.
Modifications to Products. From time to time Scoxx xxy modify, alter or improve the Products listed in Exhibit A in whole or in part. Any such modification, alteration or improvement of the Products shall only occur with the prior written consent of Escalon, except that Escalon's consent shall not be required if Scoxx xxtermines that the modification, alteration or improvement is necessary in order to correct a defect in a Product or enhance the safety of a Product, or if the modification, alteration or improvement is required by any law or regulation or is in conformity with any administrative or regulatory order or standard. Manufacturer may not make changes in the Products or in the formulations of the Products subject to this Agreement without reasonable written notice and a statement of justification for the proposed changes sufficient for BAS to make a reasonable analysis of the change and its impact upon BAS's marketing and distribution efforts. Unless the change is necessary to comply with laws or governmental regulations, BAS may elect to not accept the change and continue to receive the current formulation of the Product. Such an election will be made within a reasonable time after receipt of all of the aforementioned information.
Modifications to Products. No proposed addition or variation of Products (a Modification) by the Licensee is permitted unless the Licensee requests Fairtrade ANZ's approval for the Modification through Fairtrade Connect, and Fairtrade ANZ approves that Modification. Fairtrade ANZ must not unreasonably withhold such approval. Fairtrade ANZ must notify the Licensee of the outcome of the request through Fairtrade Connect within 2 weeks of receipt of the request.
Modifications to Products. Kyoo shall have the right to change, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the Products at any time, without notice. If Kyoo makes a material change to the Products, Kyoo will inform Customer, provided that Customer has an active Subscription with Kyoo at the time of the announcement of such change.
