Examples of New Version in a sentence
Software: the computer programs listed in the Schedule and any Modification or New Version which is acquired by the Customer during the subsistence of this licence.
New Version: any new version of the Software which from time to time is publicly marketed and offered for purchase by the Supplier in the course of its normal business, being a version which contains upgrades, additional functionality, new features or such other significant differences from the previous versions as to be generally accepted in the marketplace as constituting a new product.
Each Platform, including each Version, Update, and New Version, and including Supplier Material, design documentation and specification, and other materials, shall be deemed accepted by Customer once access is made available to Customer.
