Ownership Rights definition

Ownership Rights means any and all right, title and interest under patent, copyright, trade secret and trademark law, or any other intellectual property or other law, in and to any Know-How, Patent Rights, or Improvements.

If it is observed that change in ownership rights is made through change in constitution before the unit has become functional, such change in constitution will be considered null and void and the allotment will be cancelled.
