Product Improvements definition

Product Improvements means any modifications to the Product or manufacturing assembly process including system kiting to enhance performance and/or provide comparable performance at lower cost. All Product Improvements must be approved in writing by TheraSense prior to implementation.
Product Improvements has the meaning given in Section 14.01;
Product Improvements means all design information and all improvements, enhancements or changes to any Product, processes for manufacturing such Product or tooling for such Product. Product Improvements excludes any improvements made by CM to its generally applicable manufacturing methods.

More Definitions of Product Improvements

Product Improvements means all modifications, derivative works, translations, developments, enhancements and improvements of any Product, Product Know-How, Purchased Product Promotional Materials, Licensed Copyrights or Licensed Product Know-How conceived, created, developed, reduced to practice or acquired by or on behalf of Buyer or any of its then current Affiliates, solely to the extent used in connection with the Exploitation of the Products in the Field in the Territory, at any time after the Closing Date.
Product Improvements means any inventions, discoveries, information, knowledge, improvements or modifications related to the practice of the Product which come into the possession of Respirics during the term of this Agreement.
Product Improvements means all of the following that are in existence as of the Divestiture Closing Date for the relevant Divestiture Product:
Product Improvements means all improvement to any Product contemplated by clauses (a) and (b) in the definition of Products for any of the Indications in the Field.

Product Improvements means any pharmaceutical composition Controlled by Purchaser other than Product which contains alosetron HCl, whether or not as the sole active ingredient, in any presentations, strength, dosages or formulations. Each presentation, strength, dosage and formulation shall be deemed a separate Product Improvement.
Product Improvements means Skelaxin Product Improvements and Sonata Line Extensions.
