Managed Security Services. 3.1 Where we have agreed to supply you with a Managed Security Service and the relevant Firewall, you must notify us as soon as possible following receipt and installation by you of any Firewall (at the Address) which we have supplied. Where we have agreed to supply you with a Managed Security Service for a Firewall which we have not supplied, you must notify us as soon as possible once your Firewall is ready to be accessed by us. We will use all reasonable efforts to activate the Managed Security Services within 48 hours of successful installation and/or connection of the relevant Firewall by you in accordance with any instructions we may give or send to you for that purpose.

Managed Security Services. These services include a comprehensive suite of management and implementation services that support security related functionality. The services support firewall, intrusion detection and prevention services, DDOS detection and mitigation, and URL and content filtering. Customer entitlements include engineering; design and implementation of services; day-to-day operational support; configuration management; security event monitoring; proactive notification; fault management; trouble resolution; and network and security event reporting.
Managed Security Services. The Solution shall deploy and maintain managed security services to support Purchasers and Customers, particularly the advanced administration requirement of endpoint detection and response tools and incident response capabilities.

Managed Security Services. During the term of this Agreement and subject to the terms and conditions herein, SecureWorks agrees to provide managed security services (“MSS Services”) purchased by Customer through the reseller of SecureWorks Products identified on the Service Order (“Reseller”) in accordance with the terms of DIR Contract DIR-TSO-4288. The MSS Services shall be specified in one or more service order(s), purchase order or other similar ordering document or method (“Service Order(s)”) executed by Customer and Reseller. A detailed description of the MSS Services purchased is provided in the service description and service level agreement (“SLA”) for such MSS Services attached to each Service Order and incorporated therein by reference.
Managed Security Services i. This Schedule sets forth the terms and conditions under which BlueHat Cyber will provide to Customer certain managed security services, as specified herein and in the Order Form (the “Managed Security Services”). BlueHat Cyber will use commercially reasonable efforts to (a) monitor covered systems on a continuous basis for correct operation, functions, performance, security and usage; (b) provide reports regarding performance and usage on a mutually agreeable schedule, if subscribed; (c) back up designated servers and endpoints if subscribed to backup and/or disaster recovery services; and (d) detect affected or infected devices on Customer’s network.
