Security Service. Tenant acknowledges and agrees that, while Landlord may patrol the Project, Landlord is not providing any security services with respect to the Premises and that Landlord shall not be liable to Tenant for, and Tenant waives any claim against Landlord with respect to, any loss by theft or any other damage suffered or incurred by Tenant in connection with any unauthorized entry into the Premises or any other breach of security with respect to the Premises.
Security Service. Tenant acknowledges that Landlord is not responsible for the security of the Leased Premises or the protection of Tenant’s property or Tenant’s employees, invitees or contractors, and that to the extent Tenant determines that such security or protection services are advisable or necessary, Tenant shall arrange for and pay the costs of providing same.
Security Service. Tenant acknowledges and agrees that, while Landlord may (but shall not be obligated to) patrol the Building, Landlord is not providing any security services with respect to the Premises or Tenant’s Off-Premises Equipment and that Landlord shall not be liable to Tenant for, and Tenant waives any claim against Landlord with respect to, any loss by theft or any other damage suffered or incurred by Tenant in connection with any unauthorized entry into the Premises or any area where Tenant’s Off-Premises Equipment is located or any other breach of security with respect to the Premises or Tenant’s Off-Premises Equipment.
Security Service. Landlord shall provide security service for the Building consistent with that of comparable office buildings in the vicinity, with no warranty or liability respecting the effectiveness of the service.
Security Service a. Dayton Hamvention will provide security services in or about the Inside Exhibit Area on Thursday, May 16, 2024, commenc ing at approximately 8:00 a.m., and continuing until the Inside Exhibit Area is cleared of spectators on Sunday, May 19, 2024. Dayton Hamvention, Greene County Fairground & Exposition Center, and/or their contractors do not guarantee the security of the Inside Exhibit Area or personal property and specifically disclaims responsibility for losses of merchandise.
Security Service. If this agreement or any extension or any renewal thereof is terminated by the CITY hereto prior to the expiration date set for therein, STAGE DOOR PLAYERS shall be billed for these costs for the period of time it actually occupied the Center. CITY shall be obligated to provide on the specific services stated in this Lease Agreement as being the obligation of CITY, and all other services need or desired by STAGE DOOR PLAYERS shall be the sole responsibility of STAGE DOOR PLAYERS at its own expense.
Security Service. No security services will be provided during the term of this Agreement. Resident will have access to the Bay State on-call system in the event of an emergency.
Security Service. CITY shall be obligated to provide on the specific services stated in this Lease Agreement as being the obligation of CITY, and all other services need or desired by WEAVERS GUILD shall be the sole responsibility of WEAVERS GUILD at its own expense.
Security Service. AIST cannot guarantee against loss or damage of any kind; however, after-hours security will be provided. The Exhibitor agrees to make provision for the safekeeping of its exhibit material, merchandise, etc., before, during and after the Exposition. The Exhibitor understands and agrees that neither AIST nor the Exhibit Hall shall be responsible for the safekeeping of any exhibit material, merchandise, etc., or for any loss or damage to exhibit material or merchandise before, during or after the Exposition.
Security Service. Lessor shall provide security patrol services on the Leased Premises 24 hours a day to periodically inspect the exterior of the improvements on the Leased Premises. During the Lease Term, Lessee shall pay to Lessor the sum of $ per month for such security services (the “Security Payment”), which shall be paid monthly in advance beginning on the Effective Date. The Security Payment shall be adjusted throughout the Lease Term in accordance with Section 5.1.2 and may be otherwise adjusted as agreed to by Lessor and Lessee. Neither Master Lessor nor Lessor shall be responsible for, and Lessee hereby waives, any claims arising out of the alleged failure to provide adequate security services, except for claims against Lessor arising out of its willful misconduct. Lessor may, upon 30 Days’ written notice to Lessee, discontinue the security patrol services contemplated by this Section 5.4, whereupon Lessee shall be relieved of further payments pursuant to this Section 5.4.
