An employee is entitled to up to five (5) days of unpaid leave during in each calendar employment year to meet responsibilities related to the care, health, health or education of a child in the employee’s care, or the care or health of any other member of the employee’s immediate family. Additional time off for these purposes shall “Employment year” means a year beginning on the date the employee commenced employment. Family Responsibility Leave does not be unreasonably denied.
