Common use of Family and Medical Leave Clause in Contracts

Family and Medical Leave. Family and Medical Leave will be granted to an employee who has been employed for at least twelve (12) months by the Employer and who has provided at least twelve hundred and fifty (1250) hours of work during the previous twelve (12) months. The leave will be granted for a period of up to twelve (12) weeks for the following reasons:

Pursuant to the Family and Medical Leave will Act of 1993 and the 2008 National Defense Act amendments, family medical leave may be granted to an employee who has been employed for at least twelve (12) months by the Employer College and who has provided at least twelve hundred and fifty (1250) 1,250 hours of work service during the previous twelve (12) monthsmonths before the leave is requested. The leave will may be granted for a period of up to a total of twelve (12) weeks during any twelve (12) month rolling period for the following reasons:
